Personal training sessions are 60 minutes in length and are held in a private training studio. You will receive a free 30 minute consultation & assessment when you sign up for training sessions. We will discuss your specific goals & a personalized program will be design for you.
At ITMT the first step we want to take in personal training is to focus on building a strong foundation by assessing & correcting any muscle/postural imbalances & focusing on increasing stability, balance, and endurance. This will not only give you the strong base you need to excel fluidly into more challenging training but will also help prevent future injury.
Personal training at ITMT will provide you with the knowledge & confidence to create your own training sessions in the future (if that is your goal) as well as ways to think 'outside the box' to create fun effective workouts while away from home. Personal training is one of the best ways to stay motivated and keep you accountable.
